Pharmia Oy and Elokuu Luonnontuote Oy have entered into an acquisition agreement in which the food supplements business of Elokuu Luonnontuote Oy is transferred to the ownership of Pharmia Oy.
Once the acquisition is completed, Elokuu Luonnontuote Oy’s food supplements business will continue its operations as Pharmia Luonnontuote Oy, a subsidiary of Pharmia Oy. As a result of the acquisition, employees at Elokuu Luonnontuote Oy’s food supplements business will transfer to and become employees at Pharmia Luonnontuote Oy.
The two companies are connected by a long tradition of promoting Finnish well-being through their domestic product development and manufacturing. The acquisition aims to further strengthen domestic production.
