From idea to product
During the design phase, we will work together to identify your needs. Usually, at this stage, we will consider the right formulation for you (tablet, capsule, liquid, powder) and discuss your wishes regarding raw materials. We will also discuss the initial price level of the product, minimum order quantities and different packaging options.
During the product development process, we test the selected composition and adjust for example the excipients as needed. You will receive a competitive offer for your product latest at this stage.
Product developmentAs the design, product development, and production phases approach, our skilled procurement team carries out the sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials. We search for and acquire raw materials for product development and manufacturing needs, as well as packaging materials according to the customer’s requirements. We can also use raw materials and packaging materials supplied by our customer.

The manufacturing and production processes of food supplements and medical devices are multi-stage. We offer the opportunity to entrust the entire production process to a reliable partner. Our services cover everything from product design and material sourcing to packaging the finished product.
Quality is our promise. We are an ISO 13485 and FSSC 22000 certified contract manufacturer. Approved guidelines and processes form the foundation of our quality system. Before releasing the product to the customer, we conduct agreed analyses at external laboratories. Through our quality policy, we ensure the consistent quality of our products.
QualityWe deliver according to our customers’ wishes. Our most common delivery term is EXW, meaning the customer picks up the product from Pharmia’s warehouse. The delivery time for a newly launched product is four months, and repeat orders are delivered within three months.
